  Pacifica is home to several large chain grocery stores (safeway, grocery outlet), and a handful of smaller, independent ones. Oceana market is the best of the independant ones. It has a large selection of fruits and vegetable (both conventional and organic). It has a large selection of vitamins and supplements. Lots of good wines. And good specialty foods (a good ethnic section, good gluten free). They have a hot bar and a butcher. The have a small, specialty toy/gift shop inside. The staff is probably the most helpful staff in Pacifica.
  All in all, it's a great spot. Lots of easy access parking. Some items are more expensive then Safeway, but often times it's right in line or slightly cheaper.
